Get ready to pop all the bottles with us for an upbeat evening of celebration. We're turning 5 this weekend, after all!


A celebration is not complete without bubbles galore. Join us for an evening of exploration! Drink through different makes and models of bubbles from Cava to Pet Nat to some of our favorite beers. Come hungry, leave full of cheese. Please let us know about any allergies at Ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.


So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.
