Lovin' Spoonfuls' 9th Annual Ultimate Tailgate Party

Lovin’ Spoonfuls’ 9th annual Ultimate Tailgate Party returns this year on Sunday, November 3rd! From 4pm to 8pm at the Cruiseport Terminal (1 Black Falcon Avenue, Boston), enjoy tailgate inspired dishes from restaurants like Uni, Myers + Chang, Eventide, Little Donkey, Bar Mezzana, and more than 20 others. Don't worry, Patriots fans! The Tailgate ends prior to the Pats’ away-game kick-off versus the Baltimore Ravens at 8:20pm.

This year, Baldor Specialty Foods will be honored with the Thomas M. Menino Award for Leadership for their commitment to sustainability throughout every aspect of the supply chain to optimize environmental and social best practices. Andrew Zimmern, a member of Lovin’ Spoonfuls Culinary Board and a past Menino Award recipient, returns as host.

This event is strictly 21 plus. General admission tickets are $200 ($150 tax deductible) and can be purchased online here. No tickets will be on sale at the door. Ticket sales close on Friday, November 1 at 2pm or until supplies last. All proceeds benefit Lovin’ Spoonfuls.

Established in 2010 by founder Ashley Stanley, Lovin’ Spoonfuls operates the largest food rescue agency in New England. It is also the first organization of its kind in Massachusetts. Driven by a passion for change, Lovin’ Spoonfuls successfully serves over 40 cities and towns across Greater Boston, MetroWest, and Hampden County through the rescue and distribution of healthy and fresh food that would otherwise be discarded. Each week, Lovin’ Spoonfuls proudly delivers about 80,000 pounds of food to those in need; more than 14 million pounds have been rescued to date.
