LOCAL GALLERY TO OPEN POP-UP AT HOLMES BEVERLY FOR MONTH OF OCTOBER

Gallery open six days a week with extended hours on Thursday evenings—

Williams Fine Art Dealers of Wenham, which represents some of the finest artists in the U.S. and abroad, will open a pop-up gallery in the new luxury apartment building on Rantoul Street, Holmes Beverly for the month of October.

The gallery specializes in Contemporary Realism, but also carries a range of artists and styles all sharing the same guiding principles: an eye for beauty, individuality, and a dedication to craft. The public is invited to visit the gallery’s artwork which has been curated by gallery owner Ginny Williams. Williams represents a select group of 25 artists from across the country and Europe. Group shows are held throughout the year at the gallery’s permanent location in Wenham.

Ginny joins the host of talented women involved in the development of the amazing new residences, Holmes Beverly. The all-women design and development team includes owner Sarah Barnat of Barnat Development, architect Nancy Ludwig of ICON Architecture, and designer Alina Wolhardt of Wolf in Sheep Design.

“The partnership with Ginny is an ideal way to showcase artists’ work in our unique living spaces that have truly been a labor of love. We welcome the public to stop by the gallery and our new space on Rantoul,” said Sarah Barnat, Founder and Owner of Barnat Development.

“Like the Holmes Project, Williams Fine Art Dealers was conceived with passion and vision and brought to fruition through good, old fashioned hard work. The result of both places, I think people will find, is a really unique, authentic vibe, and workmanship of the highest caliber. I am proud of the artists I represent and can’t wait to introduce their work to a broader audience.”

Holmes Beverly opened its doors in early September just over two years after developer Sarah Barnat received designation from the MBTA as the successful bidder for the property adjacent to the Beverly Depot commuter rail station. This is a new type of product for the North Shore- Holmes is a unique combination of luxury living and an unbeatable location with ‘urban’ features. Holmes Beverly is attracting renters looking for an alternative to what is out there in the current rental market as renters have been drawn to Holmes’ exceptional amenities, and the aesthetic and vibe of the spaces.

Call or stop by for a tour.
