Join the Appalachian Mountain Club's Bill Cannon and Sue Svelnis as they introduce you to the wonderful world of hiking! From a gentle stroll through the woods to a challenging workout with lots of hills, there are so many ways to enjoy nature and so many great places to begin close to home.


What is the appropriate clothing to wear? What equipment should you bring with you? The AMC will lead you in choosing your adventure, and guide you with tips on what steps to take.
