Designed to open hearts while bringing community together to experience deep healing through yoga and live music. 

While Kyle leads his signature slow flow, Jev will be enhancing the practice through intuitive musical response to the natural flow of the class. Jev plays various instruments --such as the flute, handpan drum and djembe drum --each inviting deeper dynamics into the space. 

This class is open to all levels, bring a friend  and have a beautiful, meaningful spiritual and cultural evening.


Please bring a yoga mat (rentals are available for $3 at the studio)
