Sweat to the live melodies of Kevin Paris during Life Time Athletic Chestnut Hill’s newest yoga practice, Root Concert Class, with leading yogi, Meredith Sills. For one day only on Thursday, September 14th, experience this unheated practice through a handful of sequences that gently builds in intensity to a sweet and slow finish, ending with a guided meditation. Then, enjoy your post-yoga social with snacks and refreshments.


Life Time Athletic Chestnut Hill welcomes both members and non-members with no prior yoga experience to take part of Root Concert Class at 6:30 p.m. Cost for this 75 minute class is free for Life Time Athletic members and $20 for non-members.
