Net Impact Boston is pleased to present a fun and meaningful holiday event: Letters & Libations!
We will kick off our time together with a lesson on how to craft sustainable holiday cocktails to enjoy throughout the season. This session will be led by a local representative from Flor de Cana - a fair trade certified, natural rum company. Attendees who wish to follow along while we learn from the experts will be emailed a list of ingredients prior to the event!
With cocktails in hand, we will move on to the second portion of the event - writing letters to those who may be feeling isolated this holiday season. We have identified three nonprofits that accept letters of hope and encouragement for the military community, children with illnesses, and the elderly. Participants are welcome to write letters to one of these groups or to all of them-- instructions, ideas on what to write, and addresses will be provided during our session!
