Let's make some spiced pickles! If you're looking for a new way to preserve veggies without the fuss of traditional canning, join us for a quick-pickling party! During this hour-long virtual class, we’ll introduce you to this approachable method for capturing vibrant global flavors in brine. We’ll focus on brining, quick pickling, and the role spices play in turning up the flavor. You'll come away with recipes plus the confidence to transform all kinds of veggies into fresh, flavor-blasted fridge staples. Pair with our soon to be released Let's Pickle! Trio for a wonderful gift.

Choose Virtual Class ticket for JUST THE CLASS or choose Virtual Class PLUS Gift set to receive the spices you'll need to make the pickles during class. The pickling gift set will be mailed before the class.

Cook along or just watch and learn! If you want to smell, taste and/or cook along during this class, you will need the following spices:

• Let's Pickle Trio (choose the ticket that includes the GIFT SET)
• Includes: Madagascar Pickling Spice, Moroccan Pickling Spice, Traditional Pickling Spice

For tools you'll need:

• 3 clean quart size glass jars with tight fitting lids
• A 4-quart sauce pan
• Measuring cups and spoons
• Whisk
• Wide mouth funnel (recommended but not required)

One week before class we will send you an email including:

• The link to the event on Zoom
• A reminder about what you'll need for class
• Digital copies of the class recipes

One week after class, we’ll share a few extra resources and recipes plus a link for unlimited access to a recording of the class.
