Elle Woods is the Delta Nu sorority’s sweetheart and homecoming queen who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. When her boyfriend, Warner, dumps her for someone “serious,” Elle puts down the credit cards, hits the books, and heads to Harvard. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style. Based on the 2001 film starring Reese Witherspoon, this high-energy musical features music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin and book by Heather Hach. This performance will be presented by Berklee’s Musical Theater Ensemble, directed by Rene Pfister, and the Musical Theater Orchestra, directed by Peter Cokkinias.
