On November 9, Legal Sea Foods in Park Square will host a champagne dinner with Taittinger. Internationally renowned as one of the greatest established names in the Champagne region, Taittinger was founded in 1734 by visionary Jacques Fourneaux. Producing around 400,000 cases annually, this exquisite empire produces prestigious champagne matched only by its rarity. Legal Sea Foods will team up with Tattinger’s USA ambassador, Nicolas Delion, to host an exclusive four-plus-course dinner featuring signature cuisine paired with champagne selections. The menu will be presented as follows in Park Square’s 10,000 bottle wine cellar:
