Lateral Freedom --with Goldie Graham

This is a flow-based workshop with a focus on deep, delicious side bends. You know, the kind where you find yourself uncontrollably laughing! The plan is to access our side body to create newfound space, newfound sensation, and in turn, newfound asanas. If you have a rib cage and like to move, this class is suited for you.

Cost: $45 / $125 for all three Goldie workshops
