Kundalini yoga is designed to increase physical vitality and consciousness. In this workshop we will use that Kundalini energy to strengthen your connection to the natural potential that is within and around you, and to attract abundance. We will begin with a gentle warm up, progress to dynamic movement and breathwork, as well as using mantras and meditation to unlock dormant energy within the body. Class will end with gentle restorative yoga poses and a long savasana.


Students are encouraged to bring a journal to class. We will take time to physically write out any wishes or goals for manifestation.


Lizzie Muse (Jagatmeet Kaur Khalsa) is a K.R.I. certified Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher. Her classes are upbeat, deeply meditative and relaxing, and filled with fun yogic knowledge that students can apply to their everyday life.


Lizzie has been practicing Kundalini yoga since 2008, and became an instructor in 2012. She trained and mentored with Tej Kaur Khalsa and Harijiwan in Los Angeles. Upon graduating, Lizzie assisted Tej Kaur Khlasa in opening Nine Treasures Yoga.


Cost: $30 or $25 (if pre-registered by July 14)
