Kids & Teens Virtual Krav Maga Classes

This is a great opportunity to practice techniques and improve skills, without the pressure of having to work and perform with a partner. Our next session of Kids and Teens classes, will focus on the fundamentals and building blocks of Krav Maga, looking at stances, movement, blocking and striking, along with controlling range and distance etc. Each class lasts 30 mins and is a mix of drills and self-defense techniques.

These half-hour sessions will be a mix of developing physical skills and co-ordination, along with presenting foundational self-defense techniques etc. The principles and ideas behind Krav Maga will be introduced and demonstrated and shown how they can be applied in situations requiring physical self-defense. Avoidance and De-escalation tactics will also be introduced over the course of the 5-weeks. For existing students this 5-week session will act as a refresher (as well as introducing some new skills and ideas), and for new students it will act as a solid introduction to Krav Maga, and act as a foundation for future sessions.

This 5-week session is suitable for Kids/Teens aged between the ages of 5 and 17, and the cost is $75 (classes will be conducted in English). Those participating will receive a certificate of completion.
