Join us in The KITCHEN during February Vacation Week for FREE cooking demos and hands-on activities to celebrate local, seasonal food and local farmers and food artisans. These classes are held in collaboration with vendors in the Boston Public Market and are taught by market vendors, local food entrepreneurs, and KITCHEN chefs who tell first-hand stories about where the ingredients are sourced and how they are grown/made.

Fresh & Local with Stillman's Farm
Monday, February 19 from 12:00-1:30 pm | Stillman's demonstrates how to prepare seasonal fare with the produce continuously rolling out onto our BPM booth and farm stands as well as into your CSA box. Stillman’s will demo several recipes and provide samples of each. This event is FREE and open to everyone!
Secret Veggie Desserts with Siena Farms
Monday, February 19 from 2:00-3:00 pm | The wonderful cooks at Siena Farms will teach attendees how to sneak veggies into delicious desserts. During this class, Siena Farms will demo how to make Carrot Cake Cupcakes using hand-pulled carrots from their fields. Samples provided!
