In honor of our collab with Reebok, join us at Harpoon Brewery on Sunday, July 31st @ 10am for a FREE Kick It By Eliza class. Kick it By Eliza, taught by Eliza Shirazi & Olivia Porada, is a High Intensity Interval Training with Kickboxing, Boxing, Rhythmic Components, and a Meditative Cool Down. All levels are welcome! This is a FREE event- all you need to bring is a yoga mat, sneakers, water, and yourself.


After the class, stay a while at Outdoors @ Harpoon to reward and refresh yourself with your favorite drink. We recommend a Rec League!


BONUS: we will be giving away koozies, hats and other swag throughout the day. Each attendee will also be entered into a raffle to win some Harpoon and Reebok swag!
