n celebration of Columbus Day weekend, I would like to offer an additional KICK IT class (normally just on Wednesdays) to get your girlfriends together for an amazing class!!
After your KICK IT workout, you'll receive an essential oil towelette of your choice to feel refreshed (trust me this is amazing) along with a cup of coffee.

KICK IT class description
The mission is to empower females globally, better known as the Fempire, through a 13 round kickboxing and music-driven group fitness method. Each class is specifically choreographed to energizing music, which is the driving force behind the class. This fun high-intensity interval training will not only give you all the physical benefits but also will leave you feeling invigorated and powerful.
