Karma Asian Fusion Gears Up for Iconic Era’s Tour with One Night Only Taylor Swift Themed Celebration
Are you amongst the many fans that are NOT heading to Gillette for Taylor Swift’s Era’s tour... then you’re in luck as Karma Asian Fusion, Burlington brings T-Swift to you! Say goodbye to any bad blood between you and StubHub, on Friday May 19 th , 2023, Karma welcomes all “Swifties” to enjoy a one night only Swift-themed evening. On Friday, May 19 th , all “Swifties” are welcome to attend a night-long celebration with cocktails synonymous with Swift’s iconic hits along with jamming to her notable albums as the DJ spins hours of jam-packed hits from Fearless to Midnights.
In honor of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, the sixth headlining concert tour by the beloved American singer-songwriter, Karma’s bar staff is serving up something special for fans, the Lavender Haze and Miss Americana cocktails. The Lavender Haze makes for a sparkling wine cocktail featuring a colorful lavender-infused simple syrup, citrus vodka, and lemon flavors. The addition of an egg white gives the cocktail that frothy “haze” on top, with edible glitter shimmering throughout.
Another tribute to the queen herself, the Miss Americana blends Blanco tequila, French orange liqueur, and blue curaçao, with agave, yuzu juice and yuzu tabasco sauce. For a predominant anise and nutmeg aroma with a hint of mint, Peychaud's bitters are added to give it a sweet flavor.
