Join us for our annual Cookbook Author Series at The Dewey Square Farmers Market! Karen Covey, author of "The Coastal Table" will be joining us. Covey will be selling and signing her cookbook and there to answer any of your culinary questions!


Using her adopted region as inspiration, Karen Covey captures seaside living in New England at its freshest and most innovative. KAREN J. COVEY is a food writer and cooking instructor. She is the creator of the website Gourmet Recipes for One and her articles and recipes have been featured in The Boston Globe Magazine, edible South Shore, Whole Foods Market magazine, and on the website Local in Season. She grew up in the restaurant business where she first learned about food and the importance of sourcing good, fresh ingredients. She lives in Mattapoisett, on the South Coast of Massachusetts.
