Kane’s Handcrafted Glazes Margarita Donuts for Cinco de Mayo

Did you know that the margarita dates back to 1938 and was invented in Mexico, by Carlos “Danny” Herrera, for a customer who was allergic to many spirits, but not tequila? This Cinco de Mayo, Kane’s Handcrafted Donuts is saluting Mexico’s 1862 victory over the French by paying homage to the country’s traditional beverage, with a margarita flavored donut!

When it comes to decadent pastries, Kane’s Handcrafted certainly knows what they’re doing and this limited time doughy treat is no exception! Stop by on Thursday, May 5th to get a margarita donut paired with a delicious cup of Peet’s Coffee, because it’s 5 o’clock somewhere.
