Join us for a special afternoon of heartfelt inspiration, dance, sound & energy healing, community and fun in support of the Epilepsy Foundation New England. This event is held to celebrate the simple pleasures of our human experience, experience connection on a soul level and make an impact in the world.
The event will be kicked off with a session of Journey Dance by Fati. The Journey Dance flow leads participants on ritual journeys of physical and emotional transformation. Through breath, sweat, and expression, we gain a palpable experience of ourselves as pure powerful energy. This will be followed by a restorative sacred sound bath performed by Michelle of Sound Goddess Healing. Bathing in the sacred mystical sounds will leave you peaceful, refreshed, rejuvenated and revitalized.
This is a nonprofit event and all the proceeds will go the Epilepsy Foundation New England's(EFNE) to support the Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy(SUDEP) in loving memory of Ayoub Mahhou who lost in his life to SUDEP just a few days before his 20th birthday. EFNE is committed to providing education and awareness on how to reduce the risk of SUDEP, fundraising to support research to save lives and supporting SUDEP families. Come celebrate your life, and the many lives that came before us. There is NO previous movement or dance experience necessary to participate. Bring layers or a blanket for floorwork and a friend. There will be an altar setup to commemorate deceased loved ones, so feel free to bring personal pictures. We hope to see you there.

Schedule:
1:45 pm: Door open and check-in begins.
2:00 pm: Journey Dance session begins.
3:30 pm: Sound/Energy healing begins.
4:00 pm: Event ends.
