Curio Spice is thrilled to bring one of Boston's spiciest new restaurants to our Cambridge community. James Beard Award semi-finalist Comfort Kitchen is a cafe by day and restaurant by night, serving up global comfort food in Dorchester, MA. Pre-order their signature Jollof Rice bowl and pick it up in the Curio lab, where you'll have the opportunity to talk with chef Kwasi Kwaa. Comfort Kitchen co-owner, head chef and mastermind behind our Jollof Festival spice blend, Kwasi is a world of knowledge. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn more about his flavorful cuisine!
Your ticket includes 1 Jollof Rice Bowl (choice or beef or veggie) with a side salad, and the option to add on a discounted jar of our collab Jollof Festival blend.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must reserve a ticket in advance for Jollof Rice bowl pickup. Rice bowls are served grab & go style, with limited seating available in the Lab. Refund available up to one week prior to the event. We are not able to store your bowl if the pickup window is missed.

ABOUT THE CHEF:
A native of Ghana, Kwasi has been honing his culinary craft at various kitchens and catering companies in the Boston area. Currently the chef partner at Comfort Kitchen — a cafe and restaurant focusing on global comfort food in Upham's Corner Dorchester. His path to Comfort Kitchen included launching a collaborative pop-up that merged his love for global flavors and cultural dialogue.
