Back for the sixth year! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for a swinging afternoon of great jazz outdoors behind the Jackson Homestead in our natural "amphitheater," featuring Zeke Martin & the Oracle, the Jason Anick Gypsy Jazz Trio, Newton's own Isabel Stover Trio, The Flipside with Boston jazz legend Harold Layne, and the New England Conservatory Dominique Eade Student Vocal Program, along with craft and food tents, bubbles, and hula hoops for the kids. Presented by the New England Jazz Enrichment Foundation as part of the Newton Jazz Festival. Rain date Sunday, September 20. Free.
