Based on the North Shore, Jaju Pierogi is a team of two sisters who grew up around a family Polish food business in Western Massachusetts. After coming to Boston, they realized there just aren't enough pierogi and made it their personal mission to solve that problem.
They started with their grandfather's handwritten recipes and pulled together flavors like kielbasa & red pepper, sweet potato & caramelized onion, potato & cheese, cabbage & mushroom, and butternut squash, apple & sage. They've been rocking the farmers market scene for a year now, but have also discovered that beer and pierogi are a match made in foodie heaven, so they'll be slinging pierogi to pair with our brews from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday in the taproom!
