Irish Music Meets Jazz at RegattaBar

Musical worlds collide at the Charles Hotel's RegattaBar this Thursday! Merging improvisational jazz with traditional Irish music, uilleann pipes and low whistle master Cillian Vallely performs with four of the leading lights of Boston's world-class jazz scene.

Directed my master fiddler player Oisin McAuley, this innovative program includes jazz arrangements of Irish tunes, as well as jazz standards featuring the incomparable Mr. Vallely on uilleann pipes.

Part of JazzBoston's award-winning Jazz All Ways series, which is made possible in part by generous support from Mass Cultural Council, Cambridge Arts and Cambridge Community Foundation.

NOTE: Price of admission includes two 50-minute sets separated by a 15-minute intermission.
