North Shore Paddlers Network 11th Annual New to Sea Kayaking Workshop Series
•Learn about safety and what equipment you'll need.
•Find out what a beginner's trip is like.
•Plan future adventures.
•Discover places that offer classes.
•Mingle with new and experienced fellow kayakers.
We cover everything from how to choose equipment and on water safety techniques, to training and kayak camping. If it involves sea kayaking, we'll chat about it.
There are 4 sessions - a land based introduction, a pool session, lake session and finally an ocean session.
Join us for just the on land workshop or continue and transition to the water via the pool, lake and ocean!
All events are FREE, but joining NSPN is highly recommended (annual membership is only $15).
Refreshments will be served at the April 30th workshop.
