This 4-week series is intended for students who are new to Flow yoga and for more experienced yogis who would like to get a refresher on alignment. This series is designed to build a physical yoga (asana) practice from the ground up. We will focus on how to appropriately align major standing poses, backbends, twists and forward folds. Kate will also emphasize how to modify and adjust poses for each individual student.
After each weekly session, Kate will send a short video to participants to help them continue working on what was learned that week and to help bring their practice home with them.
After the series, students will be prepared to drop in to Down Under's public Flow Foundations and Flow classes.
Cost: $60 for the four weeks (or $20 for a single class)
