In this workshop we will introduce practices for healing intergenerational patterns and open to the strength and wisdom in our lineage.
In every family there are heros, heroines, villains, and outcasts; people who are easy to love, and people who feel impossible to love. There have been great triumphs and death-defying difficulties.
We will be exploring how the experiences of the people and events in our family system influence our relationships, identity, and wellbeing today. We’ll learn how to break free from patterns that are no longer serving us and to come into relationship with the treasures in our family lineage that have been hiding in plain sight.
This is a practice that brings transformation for families, relationships, health, and the work we do in the world:
- Increase the flow of love in the family system
- Discover hidden loyalties that may interfere with your available to love
- Honor the unique destiny of members of the family system
- Release burdens that are not yours to carry
At this introductory workshop we will present how intergenerational healing becomes possible with Family Constellations and explore some experiential practices.
