At Healthworks Group, we know how important your daily workout is and now more than ever, we could all use some sweat therapy and a sense of community! To do just that, Healthworks is rolling out daily, FREE Instagram Live workouts featuring fan-favorite classes and instructors, now for everyone to enjoy!


Join us Tuesday, March 31 at 12pm for an IGNITE class with Maria. Ignite is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and burn calories well after class is over. Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups.


Classes are 25-minutes long and open to everyone. All classes launch Live @HealthworksFit and are available for 24 hours.
