On Thursday, January 23, il Molo will welcome special guest Roberto Giarratani, Ruby Wines Italian Specialist, for an evening of incredible Tuscan wines.
Giarratani has extensively traveled the Tuscany region of Italy, gaining knowledge and building relationships with the coveted wine region and its producers. On the evening of January 23, he will guide guests through a tasting of seven outstanding wines from the area, including those from beloved wineries of D'Orcia, Castello di Fonterutoli, and Trerose.
Wines will be paired with complimentary appetizers prepared by Chef Pino Maffeo. Guests can mingle and sample various bites including a cheese & salumi board and wild mushroom crostini.
