A special evening of art and feline cinema! First Fridays celebrates the opening of two new exhibitions—Nick Cave and William Kentridge: The Refusal of Time. Enjoy a spotlight tour of the new shows, then head to the Barbara Lee Family Foundation Theater for the ICA premiere of the world-renowned Internet Cat Video Festival. LOL together at this joyous live event, gathering fellow feline fanatics to watch a 75-minute, curated collection of internet cat clips. From six-second vine videos to short films, #catvidfest is a fast-paced reel of the best on the web. Screening available first come, first served.
Plus, pose with friends in the First Fridays photo booth—with special surprises inspired by artist Nick Cave and his signature Soundsuits, and round out your evening with an all-out dance party led by Boston's best DJs.
The Internet Cat Video Festival is a nationally-touring program produced by the Walker Art Center.
