I Can Do It

New to HUBweek this year, the Ideas Dome Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA will feature a series of more than four dozen sessions taking place across five days, exploring how we can build a more inclusive and equitable future.

24 World Major Marathons (5 Boston), 7 Gold Paralympic medals, and 17 World Titles. Born with spina bifida, Tatyana McFadden spent the first six years of her life in a Russian orphanage with nothing, not even a wheelchair. Paralyzed from the waist down, she learned to walk on her hands simply to keep up with the other children. Those powerful arms & hands she began to develop as a small child would someday carry her around the globe as one of the world's greatest athletes.
