Born in Morristown, New Jersey, Stephen Pollitt lived most of his adult life in New York City. Stephen is a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. After graduation, he worked as a staff nutrition counselor and mentor to graduate students, later working in private practice counseling clients one-on-one as well as in group settings.
