About the workshop:


Part I: Know Yourself


The first part of the workshop focuses on helping attendees reflect on their goals, strengths, experiences and preferences, so as to help them articulate and advocate their personal brand and mission in a compelling manner.


Part II: Attract Your Evangelists


This part of the workshop will explore the professional networks each employee should build for themselves within the company, including their mentors, their advocates and their accountability partners.


Part III: An Intrapreneur’s Guide To Help Amidst a Crisis


The last part of the workshop will outline the tactics and the processes that can help an employee advance their career and build their brand, especially during a crisis. Attendees will learn from the data and the stories behind the people who have made it to the top, and will get a chance to brainstorm their own plans of action in small groups.
