On Sunday, April 1st, Chef de Cuisine Kevin Gauthier of Pantry, the signature restaurant located at The VERVE – Crowne Plaza Boston-Natick, invites guests to celebrate the Easter holiday with a scrumptious brunch spread that’s guaranteed to please each member of the family and leave them full and satisfied.
For those who prefer to enjoy breakfast all day long, Pantry’s culinary team will serve continental favorites like freshly baked bagels and croissants, classic brunch dishes like savory omelets with meat and veggie fixings, and fluffy Belgian waffles. The spread will certainly encourage the group to go up for seconds!
In addition to homemade soups, spring farmer crudités, and cured meats and cheeses, the buffet will feature a raw bar brimming with local oysters, tender Alaskan King Crab Legs, and plump jumbo shrimp. An extensive carving station will offer a selection of succulent plates and is packed with items like Smoked Brisket, Chermoula Leg of Lamb, and Stuffed Pork Loin.
Guests will also have the opportunity to indulge on hot dishes like Seared Bruschetta Chicken served with a balsamic demi, Shrimp Scampi with tri-colored bell peppers and blistered tomatoes, and Ricotta Stuffed Manicotti, complete with basil alfredo sauce and lemon gremolata crumb. An assortment of desserts like a Raspberry Trifle and an Easter-themed Candy Bar will leave guests with a sugar rush perfect for celebrating the holiday.
To accompany Pantry’s delicious brunch menu, the restaurant will also open their doors to a very special guest and a fun-filled Big Kid Zone. Children of all ages are welcome to take a break from their meals and say a special hello to the Easter Bunny while partaking in activities like face painting, glitter tattoos, and a bouncy house.
