Wear your finest flannel and join us for a hometown harvest party in partnership with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society’s City Harvest Program, featuring seasonal cocktails and ciders, provided by 8 Oaks Craft Distillery and Original 13 Ciderworks, a wine and pie paring, sponsored by Baker’s Jar, and a look into the city’s rich agricultural history! Harvest material from the Museum’s Collection will be on display for a pop-up exhibition. View everything from farm equipment including plows and tools to Farmers Almanacs dating to the late 18th century.
All funds raised from the Hometown Harvest Party support school field trips for our city's youth to experience their hometown history at the Philadelphia History Museum.
Event sponsorship provided by SEI Private Wealth Management.
Double your impact! We've partnered with Philabundance and are hosting a food drive to give back to our fellow Philadelphian's in need this holiday season. We are offering a 50% discounted Hometown Harvest Party ticket to attendees who register to bring a non-perishable food item to donate at the event. Interested? Use the code "PHILABUNDANCE" while purchasing your ticket online and when you check in on Thursday, November 2, drop off your item in the Philabundance box located at the Museum's Front Desk.
