Homeless Memorial Day is an annual event commemorated throughout the United States. As the first day of winter approaches, we will gather to remember the hundreds of homeless and formerly homeless Philadelphians who died in 2018 and to call for an end to homelessness.
The evening will include reflections from local leaders, stories of remembrance, performances by local artists, and will culminate in reading the names of the deceased.
Please join us for a candlelight vigil to honor those we have lost, and recommit ourselves to ending homelessness.
