"Home": The 2022 Artrageous Exhibition gathers distinctive artwork by dozens of accomplished regional artists in an extended auction to benefit The Umbrella Arts Center. Additional auction items include fine jewelry, woodwork, and a rare bottle of 1986 Chateau Lafite Rothschild wine. On view starting March 23 in The Umbrella’s Main Gallery at 40 Stow St., Concord, the auction will culminate in an evening of final online bidding during the Artrageous gala on April 2.
Works will be viewable in-person during gallery hours, 10AM-9PM daily, and in a VR-enabled 3D virtual gallery at TheUmbrellaArts.org/Auction.
With entertainment, music, a celebratory tasting dinner and cocktails, “Artrageous” is The Umbrella’s largest fundraising event. This year’s featured guests include acclaimed radio and television host Billy Costa, Concord native and up-and-coming pop country artist Chris Ruediger, in conversation with Above the Basement host Chuck Clough, and co-founder of The Concord Film Project, Kim Burns.
All funds raised will directly support The Umbrella’s mission and allow its programs to remain affordable and accessible for all.
