The Holidays are upon us. No matter which holidays you celebrate, if you’re entertaining we have you covered. Join us for a special hands-on class focusing on food, wine and table design to create a memorable holiday gathering. In this hands-on class, Chef Thi will show guests how to build a picture-perfect Cheese and Charcuterie Board accompanied by a more-than-just-raw-veggie Crudite spread. Our special guest wine expert will de-mystify wine varieties and share beautiful, accessible wines to compliment every holiday meal. Last but not least is presentation, presentation, presentation. Guests will discover how to make holiday tables look ever so welcoming by creating tablescapes using surprising household items and foraged materials from the woods or backyard.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
