Laura McHugh, the winner of the 2018 National Classical Singer Competition, presents a solo recital at her alma mater, the Longy School of Music of Bard College.


The program- Holy & Wholly Unholy- will examine music from opera, oratorio, art song, chamber music, and even musical theatre. We’ll explore topics ranging from ‘Mozart’s Complex Women’, to ‘Star Crossed Lovers’, to ‘Goethe’s Greatest Hits’.


Sharing the stage are Scott Koljonen (piano), and guest artists Milos Bjelica (clarinet) & Sebastian Patiño-Echeverri (trumpet).


Free admission. Reception to follow.
