Join wine and cheese educator (and generally jolly good fellow) Adam Centamore for an evening exploring holiday wine and cheese pairings. You'll enjoy a range of globally-sourced cheeses and condiments that are perfect for entertaining guests...or nibbling on yourself, paired with wines that bring out the best they have to offer.


It's a chance to start off the season with lots of cheer. Tis' the season...for holiday wine and cheese pairings!


This class will be held Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who wish to purchase their own wines, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
