Hancock Loop Trail is a 9.1 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Lincoln, New Hampshire that features a waterfall. The trail is rated as difficult and primarily used for hiking, camping, and birding. This is a fun loop trail to two 4,000 foot peaks in New Hampshire. There aren't any crazy great views but you'll get glimpses towards the Tripyramids, Carrigain of each mountain from the others summit.


Difficulty: Hard .


Elevation Gain: 2,400 ft.


Total Mileage: 9.1 miles.

Please bring winter hiking boots, preferably Insulated hiking boots, NO cotton, since “Cotton kills.” Please wear wool or synthetics: socks, base layer, hat, gloves , and a jacket. Balaclava or ski mask, microspikes, headlamp, extra pair of socks, and 1-2 liters of water required.
