Bag two 52 with a view mountains in the White's, North and South Baldface (3,560 ft. and 3,600 ft. respectively). Both offer panoramic views of the White Mountains to the west and the Mahoosuc Mountain in Maine to the north. We'll be taking the Baldface Circle Trail from the parking area in a clockwise loop. At the junction, we'll be making a left towards South Baldface first, followed by North Baldface. We'll then hike down the Baldface Circle Trail back towards the junction and the parking area. The total hike will be 9.5 miles in a loop. The trail starts gradually but after the Baldface shelter, the trail gets steep with significant scrambling up until South Baldface. The trail is relatively easy the rest of the way and the descent is gradual.
