5-5:30pm
5:40-6:10pm
6:20-6:50pm


Your moment is here. You will play, pose, stretch, and snuggle with baby goats. Your new, furry friends are sweet, curious, and best of all--they LOVE yoga. You already have so much in common!


Each class is 30 minutes long; 20 minutes of yoga time with the goats and 10 minutes for playing, feeding, petting, and posing with your favorite goat. We will choose the best Goat Yoga Instagram pose at the end of Fit Fest. The winner will receive sweet swag!
