¡Dios mío! The reign in Spain is in trouble. Beloved but senile King Juan Footinthegrave should find a husband for his beautiful daughter Carmen Saveme, but he's far more interested in getting his arthritic hands on the Fountain of Youth before he kicks the bucket. That's the setup for the satirical goof fest ¡Oops!...Madrid It Again!, Hasty Pudding Theatricals' 167th production. With the king's health waning, evil Queen Cruella Seville and Cardinal Marco de Devil are scheming to claim the throne and launch an inquisition. Will explorer Donkey Hoté save the day, or make an ass out of himself? Will German suitor Hans Offmybeer get Carmen's hand, or will he just get a hangover? Get to the root of these and other royal dilemmas as HPT continues its campy, all-male student drag comedy tradition (troupe alums like William Randolph Hearst, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Jack Lemmon have all brought the house down while donning wigs). The Spanish-themed shenanigans get underway at Harvard's Farkas Hall.
