Guided Meditation And Workshop On Yogic Philosophy And Mindfulness

Dear Friends,

Boston/Cambridge Spiritual Events is an organization recently founded in August 2017 that sponsors Guided Meditations, Potluck Dinners, Concerts, Workshops and other events with a spiritual orientation.

Our goal is to offer, fun loving and spiritually inspiring social activities in relaxed settings in the Boston/Cambridge community.

All are invited to learn and grow no matter what your beliefs or affiliations.

Events are suitable to all levels of Spiritual Growth from Novice to Experienced

Most events will have 1-2 periods of Guided Meditation.

Our group has developed out of another spiritually focused organization Better World Meditation whose vision is to: Create A Better World Through Spiritual Practice. We list our events on many online activities websites and other Meetup groups including: Better World Meditation, Vital Body Mind and Soul, Soul Experiments and Boston Healers Network.

Date: August 31st (Thursday)- 6:45PM-8:30PM

Location: Somerville Theater, ( Microcinema Room) 55 Davis Avenue, Somerville,

Admission: $10

Details: The evening will consist of two periods of Guided Meditation at the beginning and end. In between, I will give a talk on Yogic Philosophy as a means to Spiritual Enlightenment. I have studied and practiced Yoga, Buddhism and Meditation for 45 years and wish to humbly share my knowledge with all of you. Eastern philosophy is becoming more and more popular in the West. The emphasis is on developing more Inner Peace, Kindness and Compassion.

We ask you to RSVP in advance due to the theater's capacity of 31 chairs. For those that show up without an RSVP in advance, you may attend as long as we do not sell out and have room for you

We are in the Microcinema Room in the basement. Please see the person who normally takes your ticket .as if you were going to a movie and let them know you are there for the special event in the Microcinema Room Do not go to ticket box office to buy a ticket. You will pay us downstairs in our room. We do not offer advance tickets.

You may only enter our room after 6:45PM. The meditation will start at 7PM. If you arrive early, please wait in the lobby upstairs or outside the theater.
