Guerilla Opera: Let's Make a Sandwich

Let’s Make a Sandwich is an evening of two micro-operas by composers Rudolf Rojahn and Curtis K. Hughes. The librettos are freely adapted by the composers from the same source material, a 1950 short informational film called “Let’s Make a Sandwich.” Each opera will be presented twice, with separate stagings by two directors, Copeland Woodruff and Giselle Ty. There will be a brief intermission between each pair. The goal is to give the audience insight into the collaborative process in creating new opera.
