Join us as we close 2025 with deep breath, full-bodied movement, and quality time with our beautiful community.

This class will feature a nourishing blend of Pilates and Yoga co-taught by Gabby and Emma, with intentional touches throughout the practice including essential oils, supportive hands-on assists, and reflective gratitude for all that this year has brought us.

After class, stay for a toast featuring a wellness mocktail specially crafted to seal the practice, connect with community, and celebrate the year ahead!
