Our health and wellness is affected by everything in our environment, including our home. In fact, according to the EPA: we spend about 90% of our time indoors, the quality of indoor air can be two to five times (and even up to 100 times!) more polluted than the worst outside air, and indoor air pollution is ranked among the top five environmental dangers affecting the public.

In this program, you'll learn what chemicals are found in the most common household cleaners & what their harmful effects are, on our bodies, emotions, and the environment. You'll then learn how to make simple yet effective natural cleaning swaps using what you have around the house and essential oils with cleansing properties. This is a new mindset from what we've grown up with and been marketed to. However, green cleaning is much easier, safer, and cheaper than conventional cleaning and once you have the knowledge you'll be empowered to take better care of your own health and your family's whole health.

Emily Smith is the founder and CEO of Guide to Wholeness Healing, a conscious wellness and healing lifestyle business. She believes that wholeness means having joy in all areas of life. After her own healing journey, from burn out to her experience of grief, Emily is now an essential oil educator, writer of a popular blog, speaker, spiritual counselor, and recovery advocate. Emily is certified in Reiki Level 1 and Integrative Wellness Life Coaching. She uses natural tools that have worked for her and countless others such as spiritual teachings, meditation, tapping, and essential oils to help guide others towards inner balance and non-toxic lifestyles.
