Matt Foley (Re:Set)


Boston based DJ from upstate New York. Cofounder of Community Links & Techno Taco Tuesdays. Resident DJ at Re:Set Wednesdays at The Phoenix Landing [Boston] and Nomad's Only [Brooklyn].


An energetic and passionate record collector, Matt likes to push the boundaries with his selections. With tastes leaning towards a stripped back, super groovy blend of techno, house, triphop, future jazz and electro, he has the unique ability to curate a record bag that serves nearly every occasion.


Growing up Matt sought out any live music events he could find in his suburban hometown. Once moving to Boston in 2013 he found a new group of musical comrades and formed the musical collective and event series, Community Links. The mission of CLinks is to present a new, fresh ‘underground’ sound over the highest quality sound systems in avant-garde environments that enhance the focus on the music (something that is generally hard to find in Boston).
His standing in the Boston music community earned him a spot as resident DJ at Re:Set at The Phoenix Landing--one of very few long standing weekly techno & house focused events in the Boston area. Since coming onboard he has given the night a boost into an international spotlight, hosting and playing with many established and up and coming artists from around the world.
