Come #RunWithUs as 38 cities around the world participate in the 2017 Global Energy Race. Hosted by Bimbo Bakeries USA, the Global Energy Race will feature a 10K run option, certified by USA Track and Field, as well as a 5K family fun run/walk. The event will offer: music, motivational announcers and warm-up team, scenic routes, cool down recovery zone, refueling snacks, games, commemorative swag, an opportunity to meet Osito Bimbo, and much more. For each kilometer completed by each participant in Philadelphia, Bimbo Bakeries USA will donate two slices of bread to Philabundance – one loaf of bread per completed 10K. First place male and female winners of the 10K race in each participating city will receive an all-expenses paid trip to run in the 2018 Global Energy Race in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
